upgrade from 100 amps to 200 amps

go to the roof top, tie the power lines (two hots and one neutral) to a fixed post/pipe nearby, cut lines, one at a time, tape it up (two hots in particular), come down, go to panel, open up panel box, pull out the meter, go back up to roof, uncrew the conduit (pipe), come down and replace the old panel with a new, then put back all where they are supposed to go (like neural and grounding to a bus bar, hots to circuit breakers - notice the gauge of wire to determine either 15 ams or 20 or 40 or 50 etc.), then, go back up to the roof, connect the conduit pipe (2 inches) tie back with connectors the lines (neutral first, then hot ones), tape them real good, put the meter back.
