Prophecy Update on North Korea

In the day of Isaiah Israel as a nation remained divided between North and South. As of the day of the Prophet Isaiah prophesying, what was the prospect of the North (called the Kingdom of Israel) and South (known as the Kingdom of Judah) getting united? And what about the two Koreas? Will the North and South become 'united'? If  yes, how soon? The answer is all spelled out  in Isaiah 58. The answer to the question seem dependent on the following factors:

* Have the employers stopped (or  at least are ready to stop) exploiting their workers (v. 3)
* Is there going to be a full stop in quarreling and strife, in striking each other with wicked fists? (4)
* Has the chains of injustice been loosened? (6a)
* Has every yoke placed on the neck of the oppressed been broken and set free? (6b)
* Will the rich share food with the hungry, provide poor wanderer with shelter, clothes with the naked? (7)
* Have we done away with the yoke of oppression, and with pointing finger and malicious talk? (9)
* Do you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed? (10)

In the day of Isaiah the Lord directed the message to his people (descendants of Jacob) saying, "Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion and to the descendants of Jacob their sins.". In our day the message of the Lord to the Korean people (north and south) are no different.

Note: the point of shout, the voice, and declaration, ought to be the telling of the cause, not the effect, and the cause is "their rebellion" and "their sins", that is, the rebellion, the sins of North Koreans and South Koreans.
