However in case of the Lagos UBF (I) Bible House, the raters sag, and the house leaks badly, not because they (Peter Park and his coworkers) are lazy but because of the lack of this or that (money to do the repair work, right tools and materials, etc.)
The roof is covered with slate. The roofing has long past the service life (now more than 30 years since it was fiirst installed). Neighbor had a ladder long enough to get to the top of the two story building, but it took him two days to fetch the ladder. Finally this morning (August 21) I and the roof man went up to the roof top. Before the rainy season hits, the roof needs to be done completely. I asked Peter to secure three bids. Pray for the necessary fund for the brand new roof.
