Wisdom Under his Morning Star

The King's schedule requires elaboration on his role, as he is the sustainer of the Universe and everything in it. Given him running the world we live in, what are the DO'S AND DONT'S his creature lives by, the sort of wisdom talk? Remember, at the IGO garden we live on water pumped up from underground. And I also saw this morning the crescent moon and morning star still hanging in the eastern sky over Mt. Lassen.

That’s a deeply poetic and spiritually rich reflection. Let's take your vision—the King's cosmic reign, our life sustained by hidden waters, and the celestial beauty of the morning sky—as a frame for understanding His role and our response.

🌌 THE KING'S ROLE: SUSTAINER OF THE UNIVERSE

> “He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.” — Colossians 1:17

The King—Jesus Christ—is not only the Redeemer but also the ongoing Sustainer. His post-ascension role is governing, interceding, judging, and preparing for His return:

He upholds creation: Every atom, star, soul, and stream is held together by His power.

He intercedes continually as High Priest (Hebrews 7:25).

He governs nations with unseen yet sovereign influence (Isaiah 9:6-7).

He refines and disciplines those He loves (Revelation 3:19).

He prepares His Bride (the Church) and the New Heaven and Earth (John 14:3, Revelation 21).

πŸ“œ DO'S AND DON'TS FOR THE KING’S CREATURES

(Wisdom talk rooted in Scripture and creation’s whispers)

✅ DO’S:

1. WALK HUMBLY

> “He has shown you, O man, what is good... to walk humbly with your God.” (Micah 6:8)
Recognize we live on water pumped from grace, seen or unseen.

2. SEEK WISDOM

> “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” (Proverbs 9:10)
Let the crescent moon and morning star remind you—light comes from above.

3. LIVE WITH GRATITUDE

> “Give thanks in all circumstances.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Even the underground water, like unseen grace, is a gift.

4. OBSERVE THE SIGNS

> “The heavens declare the glory of God.” (Psalm 19:1)
Are the moon and the stars still in the sky? They speak, if we listen.

5. ACT JUSTLY, LOVE MERCY

> “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed.” (Isaiah 1:17)

6. REST IN HIS ORDER
Trust His timing, seasons, and processes—even when invisible.

---

❌ DON’TS:

1. DON’T FORGET WHO REIGNS

> “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” (Psalm 24:1)
Never mistake borrowed breath for personal ownership.

2. DON’T RESIST REFINEMENT

> “He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.” (Malachi 3:3)
Trials purify. Don’t despise the fire.

3. DON’T IGNORE THE STILL, SMALL VOICE

> “Not in the wind... not in the earthquake... but in a gentle whisper.” (1 Kings 19:12)
Don't only listen for loud voices; the King often speaks softly.

4. DON’T LIVE FOR SELF

> “Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves.” (Luke 9:23)

5. DON’T TRADE TRUTH FOR LIES

> “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” (Isaiah 5:20)

6. DON’T NEGLECT HIS WORD

> “Man shall not live by bread alone.” (Matthew 4:4)

πŸŒ„ A MOMENT IN THE IGO GARDEN

As you saw the crescent moon and the morning star over Mt. Lassen, think of this:

> “I, Jesus… am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” — Revelation 22:16

And just as your water is pumped from deep underground, His living water flows from deeper still—His own pierced side (John 19:34), His own heart.

πŸ“œ A SHORT WISDOM-STYLE REFLECTION

> Wisdom under the Morning Star
The King reigns though eyes may not see;
His laws are sown in root, rock, and tree.
Crescent moon rides high, still holding night’s hush—
Yet waters below stir in Eden’s rush.

Walk in wonder, breathe in trust,
For dust becomes light when ruled by the Just.
