New Year Greetings from Warsaw Poland.

I arrived at Warsaw safely crossing Atlantic Ocean all night. God blessed Warsaw weekend Missionary conference at M. Abraham's residence located near embassy rows with 25 people from December 25 to December 26 2017.

The theme was "Emmanuel" based on Matthew 1:23 delivered by M. Abraham Lee. 25 people attended with 4 Polish students from Warsaw Poland and M. Elijah and Deborah Park from Warsaw Poland with 3 children, Abraham and Sarah Lee from Warsaw Poland with 4 children, M. Henry and Hannah Lee from Pozdan Poland with 4 Children, and M. Moses and Esther Lee from Darmstadt Germany with 3 children. I was greatly encouraged by the work of God in Poland through American missionary family. All of them stayed Abraham's house which is big enough to hold all of them. M. Sarah Kisung Lee served every meal for 2 days conference.

I thank God for using Abe's family for Poland mission work. Among English class students, 2 people attended Christmas worship service. Samantha, Josiah, and Jakey served drama. Even 2 year-old Joshua was in the drama as sheep. From next week, Sarah Kisung will study the Bible with one student who came to Christmas worship service.

Poland adopted western Christianity in 966 by Duke Mieszko I. Poland is the 6th largest economy among EU members and the capital city is Warsaw. Poland suffered a lot during the World II by Nazi Germany and Red Army of Soviet Union. More than 2 million Jews died at Nazi concentration camps and six million people died during the WWII, one thirds of total population. Poland as a Christian nation endured a long-suffering and rose again after gaining independence from the Soviet Union through the solidarity movement by Lech Walesa and polish people. Poland produced famous music composer Chopin. Chopin's music, his status as one of music's earliest superstars, his association (if only indirect) with political insurrection, his love life and his early death have made him a leading symbol of the Romantic era in the public consciousness. His works remain popular, and he has been the subject of numerous films and biographies of varying degrees of historical accuracy.

Poland also produced Madame Marie Curie-two time Novel Prize winning scientists. Born Maria Sklodowska on November 7, 1867, Marie Curie became the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the first person—man or woman—to win the award twice. Curie's efforts, with her husband Pierre Curie, led to the discovery of polonium and radium and, after Pierre's death, the further development of X-rays. Poland is also home of Pope John Paul II.

Please pray for Poland to rise again as the kingdom of priests and a holy nation by preaching the gospel of Jesus to all Poland through Missionaries Elijah and Deborah Park, Abe and Sarah Lee, and M. Henry and Hannah Lee.

May God’s Kingdom come to Poland! Amen!
